Feature Release Notes - November

Rolling out November 12th, we have an array of new features to present.

Dashboard Improvements
This release introduces several enhancements to the dashboard experience:

• Outstanding Invoices Report: Contract dates are now displayed on the Outstanding Invoices dashboard report, providing greater clarity on invoice timelines.

• Improved Onboarding Guidance: When no tasks have been created for a club instance, a help article will now be displayed to guide users on utilizing leads and tasks on the dashboard.

• Task Descriptions: Tasks without a description will now display a default message: "No description provided." ensuring consistency and reducing ambiguity in task listings.

Bug Fixes

• Correct Prorated Payment Display: Resolved an issue in the Member Portal where prorated contracts were showing an incorrect first payment date. The correct prorated start date will now be accurately displayed.

• Signup Verification Messaging: Fixed a caching issue that caused incorrect verification messages to appear during Member Portal sign-up under certain conditions.
