How To Refund To Credits

Credits are a balance added to a member's account that they can use toward future purchases. It works just like any other payment method, and Credits can be applied to any invoice at checkout.

Credits are especially useful for refunds as it allows you limit cash outflow but still resolve customer issues or refund requests. This article is going to teach you how to refund any invoice to Credits.

Any paid invoice can be refunded to Credits. Go to the invoice you would like to refund, and choose Refund Item at the bottom. Note: You may need to scroll down on the invoice page to be able to see the refund option.  Refund%20Screenshot.png

Where it says "Please select your option" you'll want to select either Payment or Item and Payment. Click Next. Refund%20Option.png**

On the next screen, you can choose how to refund the payment. Choosing Credits then clicking Refund will apply that credit amount to the member’s account. Credits%20Screen.png

  • Now the invoice will show the Credits as a new line it, and by clicking on the member's name, you'll be taken back to their main profile page, and by navigating to Account -> On Account you'll be able to see their Credit Balance.
